We are hiring a Business Launch Advisor (B2C) on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in business set-up and company formation services. This role is ideal for a motivated, bilingual (Arabic-English) individual with a passion for helping clients launch their businesses in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert B2C leads through consultative sales techniques.
- Provide expert advice on business set-up services, tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven successful 3years sales experience in company formation, business set-up, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas.
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
