We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by promoting a range of professional services including accounting, tax advisory, audit support, HR & payroll, and corporate services.
This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE regulatory landscape and a consultative sales approach to effectively identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate and convert new business opportunities across accounting, tax, advisory, HR & payroll, and corporate services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
Client Advisory & Solution Selling
- Conduct client meetings to understand business structures, compliance requirements, and service needs.
- Promote services including:
- UAE Corporate Tax and VAT
- Economic Substance Regulations (ESR)
- Transfer Pricing
- Audit coordination
- HR & Payroll services
- Company formation and corporate compliance
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and engagement letters in collaboration with technical teams.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and intermediaries.
- Maintain strong engagement with existing clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling.
- Represent the firm at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with internal tax, audit, and corporate services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Stay updated with UAE regulatory developments, including FTA guidelines, Ministry of Finance updates, and Free Zone regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within:
- Tax advisory firms
- Audit or consulting firms
- Corporate services / company formation providers
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including:
- UAE Corporate Tax and VAT
- Free Zone and Mainland business setup
- Economic Substance Regulations (ESR)
- Transfer Pricing and compliance
