Role Description

The Sales Consultant will focus on generating new leads, understanding client needs, providing consulting services, and offering tailored financial solutions in the life insurance and takaful product portfolio. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining professional communication with clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and a strong ability to identify prospects and close deals effectively
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain relationships and ensure an excellent client experience
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven Consulting skills with a client-focused approach to delivering value-driven solutions
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with life insurance and takaful products is a plus
