Role Overview
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving luxury retail sales, strengthening brand presence, and delivering a superior, design-led customer experience. The role focuses on concept-based selling, relationship management with industry professionals, and consistent contribution to showroom revenue growth through both walk-in and project-based business.
Key Responsibilities & Contributions
- Represent the company's portfolio of premium luxury bath and lighting brands, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and aspirational brand positioning.
- Deliver personalized design consultations by understanding client requirements and recommending complete, integrated bathroom and lighting solutions.
- Consistently convert showroom walk-ins into sales through solution-oriented and experience-driven selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to generate repeat and project-based business.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and design-led presentations, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
- Support showroom business development initiatives to increase footfall, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards aligned with luxury retail and visual merchandising benchmarks.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism to ensure long-term relationships, trust, and brand loyalty.
- Actively promote new product launches, educating customers on product USPs, design innovation, and technical features.

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales and premium customer handling in UAE
- Strong conceptual and consultative selling approach
- Relationship management experience with architects, designers, and industry stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
