We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out industry, a proven track record of successfully closing projects, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in Abu Dhabi.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, designers, and decision-makers in the industry.
- Understand clients needs, provide expert advice on interior design and fit-out solutions, and present tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
