Job Description

Duties & Job Responsibilities:

Drive new business and grow revenue by selling fitness equipment to gyms, boutique studios, corporate wellness programs, property managers, and other commercial clients. Act as a trusted consultant to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, close deals, and support post-sale adoption.

Responsible for all aspects of client relationships, including sales to new/existing clients,

establishing and maintaining relationships and customer support.

Promote, market, and sell the product portfolio in the specified strategic sales area.

Daily visits to the local market.

Gather market intelligence on new, existing, and future projects.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and managers the sales cycle to deliver timely quotations

and follow-ups to complete the sales process.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in fitness, sports, or related industries preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills
