About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The role is based within a mini market and an accessories store located side by side inside a hotel, providing a continuous flow of customers and excellent opportunities to maximize sales and earnings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about retail sales, enjoys interacting with customers, and is committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Promote new arrivals, special offers, and upselling opportunities.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required.

Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with excellent customer service abilities.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
