Job Description

Responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles by delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales

journey.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, closing sales

efficiently, and building long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

The position requires strong sales skills, system proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with company policies

and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget accurately.
  • Present available pre-owned vehicle inventory and provide professional advice tailored to customer requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives, clearly explaining vehicle features, condition, and benefits.
  • Prepare price quotations and explain available financing and insurance options in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Complete the sales process by preparing contracts and all required documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships that drive repeat sales and referrals.
  • Update customer data, leads, and sales activities accurately on SAP and related CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records for vehicles, customers, and transactions

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales (new or used cars) is a strong advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively on SAP, particularly Sales, CRM, and Inventory-related modules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer focus and relationship building
  • Sales drive and results orientation
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Excellent in Arabic & English verbal and written.
