Job Title: Sales Consultant – Real Estate

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join Ezdihar Real Estate and drive sales across residential and commercial real estate projects. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Ezdihar Real Estate's property portfolio including residential communities, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments. This position plays a critical role in client acquisition, sales conversion, and contributing to the company's growth and market positioning in the Saudi real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours to prospective buyers and investors.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties from Ezdihar Real Estate's portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Provide professional consultation to clients on property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Process & Documentation
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation, customer files, and CRM records.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to final contract signing and handover.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer demands, and opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor NHC (National Housing Company) projects and other government-backed housing initiatives to identify sales opportunities.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns, property launches, open houses, and promotional events.
- Utilize digital platforms, social media, and online channels to promote properties and generate leads.
- Participate in real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Track conversion rates, lead sources, and sales cycle metrics to optimize performance.
Compliance & Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Saudi real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain ethical sales practices and transparency in all client interactions.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects Ezdihar Real Estate's brand values and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales with proven experience in NHC (National Housing Company) projects sales.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, property types, and investment trends.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
