Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Contracts Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing foundational contractual support, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with the contract lifecycle from initial request to final execution.

You will join a collaborative team dedicated to partnering directly with Sales, helping manage routine requests while building a deep understanding of company provisions and sales processes.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Foundational Contract Lifecycles: Assist in managing contracts from initial request to finalization, drafting simple amendments and standard Statements of Work while maintaining tracking databases to ensure accuracy and meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Partner with Sales teams to identify basic gaps in business requests and coordinate with senior specialists and internal subject matter experts to route documents for review and approval.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review standard contractual provisions—such as liability, confidentiality, and indemnity—to ensure strict adherence to organizational standards, formatting requirements, and policy guidelines.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in contracts administration, or status as a recent graduate with relevant internship experience in high-tech or services commercial sales.
  • Strong knowledge of foundational contract concepts (liability, confidentiality, indemnity) and technical familiarity with Software as a Service, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, meticulous editing and proofreading, and delivering clear written and oral communication in English.
