Scope of Responsibilities: AMICO Corporate
Reporting to: Sales / Tech Service Admin Manager
Location: Dokki, Giza
Successful Applicants Must Have
- Very good in English
- 1+ Years experience with ERP systems, preferred SAP SD / MM exp
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
Job Description
- Preparing/Posting loaner sets loan/return SOs/OBDs
- Issue consumed items SO/billing
- Perform all internal warehsoue material transfers ( transfer posting )
- Perform all Affiliates sales orders
- Perform Return / Exchange SOs/OBD/PGI
