Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams. The Sales Coordinator responds to customer inquiries, follows up on leads, and ensures timely communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Daily responsibilities include updating sales reports, tracking project timelines, organizing showroom appointments, and assisting with tender submissions or project documentation. The role also involves supporting marketing and showroom activities when required to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows efficiently.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and support repeat business.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Relevant experience in building materials, interior design, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment is essential.
