Job description:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with sales executives to track sales targets and performance.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for vehicle availability and delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain records related to invoices, vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery notes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 45 years experience in sales coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
