Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Dingli KSA, you will support the sales team in daily operations and customer relationship management, with a strong emphasis on
import customs clearance,
logistics coordination, and
order follow-up. This position demands excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records, with special attention to import-related documentation and customs procedures
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status, including import shipments and logistics updates
- Coordinate import customs clearance and logistics with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) and external agents to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing
- Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively
- Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in import customs clearance and logistics coordination
- Solid experience in order follow-up for industrial manufacturing enterprises or trading companies
- Fluent English in listening and speaking (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/ERP software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
