Our company is a leading industrial player specialising in steel fabrication and pressure vessel manufacturing, we seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate sales activities to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Create and maintain sales reports.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
- Monitor and organise inventory while effectively tracking new products and services.
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team generate business leads.
- Maintain organised sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the senior management team.
Job Requirements & Needed Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Generally, needs to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Knowledge of the steel fabrication and pressure vessel industry is preferred.
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills.
- Current knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
