Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Coordinator Engineer. The Sales Coordinator Engineer is responsible for managing sales operations, supporting the sales team, coordinating with customers, handling inquiries, and streamlining sales processes. The role includes maintaining communication and supporting clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless sales operations and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Fresh graduate.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
-Supporting the sales team in daily operations.
-Preparing and following up on quotations and technical specifications with clients.
-Preparing technical drawings and documentation when needed.
-Quantity surveying and preparing project reports.
-Coordinating between the sales team, technical office engineer, and the factory/workshop to ensure accurate project execution.
-Maintaining sales records, reports, and technical measurements for projects.
-Handling client inquiries, both technical and commercial, and following them through to closure.
