Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Vital customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledgeable with a photocopier, printers, and spare parts, and
• hands-on experience in dealing with Principle companies is a plus point

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting customers (existing or new) via hot, warm, or cold calls to service existing or new requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with the technical teams to ensure delivery of products/services/spare parts supplied to customers in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
