Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking files.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in processing orders, quotations, and sales documentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
