We’re hiring a Licensing & Distribution Partnerships Lead (freelance, commission-based) to help us expand our course distribution across online platforms and training centres.

🚨 This role is commission-only. You will earn 10–15% on signed and paid licensing deals or platform distribution agreements.

We are a remote-first digital education provider with a library of online courses, CPDs, and degree modules. We work across Africa, MENA, and the Gulf.

🧩 Responsibilities:

Identify course marketplaces (Edraak, Coursera, etc.), university partners, and training centres

Pitch our licensing catalogue (templates provided)

Negotiate licensing and content syndication deals

Close contracts and hand over to academic/content teams

Track pipeline and deal flow in CRM

🛠️ Required:

Experience selling educational content, IP, or licensing deals

Experience with content platforms or training institutions

Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills

Arabic + English fluency (spoken & written)

Commission-driven mindset and independence
