The Role

RAK Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support the UAE Sales – Dubai Projects team. The role will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of quotations, orders, sales offers, and technical submittals.

The role will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales-related activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines while supporting the achievement of business and sales objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales Coordination & Administration

• Support the sales team in preparing sales offers, proforma invoices, and technical submittals for clients.
• Ensure all quotations, offers, and sales documentation are prepared accurately and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date digital records of offers and quotations submitted to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales activities.

Order & Request Processing

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare special price requests and coordinate approvals as required.
• Handle sample requests and liaise with the Operations Department to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure effective communication between relevant stakeholders.

Sales Support

• Ensure the availability of sales-related materials, including catalogues, sample books, and other supporting materials.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Assist Sales Executives and Sales Managers with documentation and other sales-related requirements.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and internal processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales administration/coordination role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and/or Salesforce.
• Good command of spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Reliable, dedicated, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Our Ideal Match

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SAP ERP, and/or Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and internal departments.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
