Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator

Proven experience working with ADNOC, DEWA, and other government/semi-government entities

Strong knowledge of tendering, RFQ management, and procurement processes

Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations

• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing

• Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and purchase orders

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and deliveries

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
