Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and optimize sales operations across assigned regions. You will ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and field team activities.
  • Consolidate sales targets, performance updates, and demand requirements.
  • Maintain sales records, price lists, agreements, and promotional calendars.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Build presentation decks for management meetings and business reviews.
  • Analyze market data, distributor reports, and SKU-level trends to support decisions.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams on orders, stock, deliveries, and returns.
  • Support trade marketing activities and POS material rollout.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain updated documentation.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales coordination or support roles.
  • Good command of the English language.
