About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and optimize sales operations across assigned regions. You will ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide actionable insights for management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and field team activities.
- Consolidate sales targets, performance updates, and demand requirements.
- Maintain sales records, price lists, agreements, and promotional calendars.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
- Build presentation decks for management meetings and business reviews.
- Analyze market data, distributor reports, and SKU-level trends to support decisions.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams on orders, stock, deliveries, and returns.
- Support trade marketing activities and POS material rollout.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain updated documentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales coordination or support roles.
- Good command of the English language.
