Role Description The Sales Associate Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the growth of Hobbeeme's user base. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound inquiries on email, whatsapp, phone, and social media. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM tools, and preparing sales reports.. They will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, follow up on leads, and provide basic customer support to individuals and organizations interested in Hobbeeme's offerings. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing platform environment, with exposure to customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and spoken English and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic sales, customer service, or business development skills, such as lead management, outreach, relationship building, and follow-up.
  • Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including CRM or spreadsheets, email marketing tools, and social media for professional outreach.
  • Research and organizational skills to identify prospects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
  • Interest in hobbies, learning, wellness, or the creator economy, with motivation to help build a community-focused platform.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with the UAE market or regional culture is an advantage but not required.
