Role Description

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and handle client communication across calls, messages and daytoday sales admin. You will be a key contact point for our clients, making sure they get fast, clear answers and a smooth experience. This role is designed as a career path towards Account Management, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own client accounts over time.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 12 years of experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Very good Arabic and good English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media messages with clients.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused, with a willingness to learn sales skills.
• Based in Cairo, Egypt.
