Sales & Customer Success Manager – Online Services

Mahart Tefl is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Success Manager to manage the full customer journey for our online services, from the first inquiry to conversion, subscription, follow-up, and renewal.

Work Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the Sales & Customer Success team.
Handle and monitor leads coming from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta Ads.
Ensure proper and timely follow-up with all leads.
Monitor customer conversations and maintain a high communication quality.
Understand customers needs and guide them to the appropriate service.
Follow up with customers after evaluation sessions and convert them into paid packages.
Manage renewals and improve customer retention.
Handle customer objections and support the team in closing sales.
Organize and manage leads, tags, stages, and follow-ups on Respond.io.
Train the team on sales scripts, follow-up techniques, and customer handling.
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, bookings, subscriptions, renewals, lost leads, and team performance.

Requirements

Strong previous experience in selling online services is required.
Hands-on experience with Respond.io is required.
Proven experience in follow-up, closing, upselling, and renewals.
Previous experience managing a Sales or Customer Success team.
Experience dealing with leads generated through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong ability to monitor team performance and identify sales opportunities.
Experience in educational, healthcare, therapy, consulting, or subscription-based online services is a strong advantage.

Important: Experience in product sales only is not enough. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in online service sales.
