We are hiring a Sales Designer for Dubai Showroom.
The Sales Designer Specialist is responsible for understanding customer requirements, translating them into tailored design solutions, and driving successful sales closure.
This role blends technical design advisory with showroom based sales, guiding clients through their journey from concept development to order confirmation. The Sales Designer acts as the bridge between Faham Group's technical capabilities and the client's design vision.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Design Advisory
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on finishes, configurations, and product systems.
- Deliver personalized consultations using sketches, renderings, and product samples.
Design Visualization & Technical Support
- Prepare layout proposals and basic design visualizations to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with technical teams for complex customizations.
- Ensure design feasibility in line with product specifications and constraints.
Sales & Project Closure
- Convert consultations into confirmed sales orders through consultative selling.
- Prepare accurate quotations and guide clients through selection, negotiation, and confirmation.
- Align customer expectations with product offerings and delivery timelines.
CRM & Documentation
- Record all consultations, proposals, and updates in the CRM system.
- Track follow-ups and manage design version history.
- Support documentation with sketches or technical briefs when required.
Team Collaboration & Showroom Excellence
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards.
- Participate in product launches and showroom events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 59 years of experience in design-driven retail (home interiors, custom furnishings, architectural products)
- Arabic speaker is required
- Good English communication skills are required
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and spatial planning
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
- Basic technical drafting and visualization skills
- Strong consultative selling ability in design-led environments
- Creative thinker with strong customer empathy
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
