The Role

You'll lead EcomSwap's seller acquisition pipeline, helping drive a consistent flow of qualified founder introductions into the business. Your focus will be building relationships, generating conversations, and creating opportunities across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem.

We are looking for someone highly commercial, proactive, and relationship-oriented who knows how to open doors, build networks, and keep opportunities moving.

Transaction negotiation and deal execution sit with the Advisory team. You're accountable for everything before that stage, ensuring only serious, commercially attractive founders are passed through.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Build and run the outbound seller acquisition strategy end to end
  • Develop relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7-8 figure DTC and e-commerce brands (performance, CRO, email, Amazon and related agencies)
  • Generate founder conversations through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build a repeatable pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Negotiate and formalise referral agreements with partners and sellers
  • Manage a measurable pipeline inside HubSpot (CRM)
  • Educate partners and founders on EcomSwap's Ideal Seller Profile
  • Run qualification calls assessing revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
  • Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
  • Track and improve intro-to-mandate conversion
  • Represent EcomSwap within the DTC and agency ecosystem

What makes you a good fit for the role

  • You have experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management roles
  • You are highly commercial and naturally proactive
  • You enjoy outbound networking, relationship building, and creating opportunities
  • You can consistently convert conversations into commercial outcomes
  • You are confident engaging founders, operators, agency owners, and senior stakeholders
  • You understand the DTC and e-commerce landscape and what makes a brand commercially attractive
  • You are KPI-driven and structured in how you manage pipeline activity
  • You are proficient with CRM workflows, ideally HubSpot
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator in English
  • You want to grow within a fast-moving acquisitions environment

Nice to have:

  • Existing relationships within the DTC, e-commerce, or agency ecosystem
  • Experience working with performance, CRO, email, Amazon, paid media, or related agencies
  • You've founded, operated, or scaled a DTC or e-commerce brand yourself

Important:

  • You must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate within approximately 30 days
  • This is an in-house role in Dubai and you will be expected to work from the office
