Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and engage cold leads through consultative phone conversations.
  • Quickly establish rapport and uncover sellers motivations and needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls to gather key property and seller information.
  • Maintain thorough notes and follow-up actions in our CRM (currently Citrix Podio, transitioning to Salesforce).
  • Schedule qualified in-person appointments for the acquisitions team.
  • Build and nurture long-term seller relationships through consistent, thoughtful communication.
  • Qualify leads based on seller motivation and basic financial analysis.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments that align with acquisition goals.
  • Prepare detailed briefing notes to support field team success.
  • Collaborate closely with acquisitions to ensure alignment on deal criteria.
  • Maintain contact with sellers post-appointment to support deal progression.
  • Track lead status and conversion metrics within the CRM.
  • Review performance data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
  • Adapt communication style to connect effectively with a diverse seller base.
  • Ensure smooth and timely handoffs to the field sales team.
  • Share market insights, feedback, and successful strategies with peers.
  • Balance individual performance with overall team objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales systems and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with a clear, neutral accent is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance relationship-building with performance-driven results.
  • Proven track record of cultivating authentic, trust-based relationships.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different seller personalities.
  • Exceptional phone communication and consultative sales skills.
  • Resilient, energetic mindset with the ability to stay motivated throughout the day.
  • Naturally curious, with a strong interest in business operations and real estate.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Citrix Podio (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze property values and understand basic deal financials.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in note-taking and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S.-based sellers.
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management roles.
  • History of exceeding performance targets in fast-paced, results-focused environments.
  • Excellent active listening and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Capable of managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
  • Consistently brings high energy, even during high-volume calling days.
  • Demonstrates grit, creativity, and professionalism in handling objections.
  • A genuine desire to help others, with a client-first mindset.
