We are looking for a hungry, strategic Sales Development Manager to lead our market expansion, partnering specifically with logistics companies, delivery offices, and fleet operators to adopt our subscription services.
The Role
As our Sales Development Manager for Abtalna, you will be the tip of the spear in our revenue engine.
You will leverage your deep knowledge of the logistics and delivery app ecosystem to sell our B2B subscription packages to businesses that desperately need reliable blue-collar talent.
You will build the sales pipeline, manage relationships, and work closely with our executive team to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Subscription Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Abtalna's premium employer subscriptions, from prospecting to closing.
Target the Logistics Sector: Identify and partner with delivery offices, courier fleets, and logistics hubs that require a steady pipeline of blue-collar workers.
Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads using modern CRM tools and outbound strategies.
Cross-Pollination: Identify opportunities where Abtalna clients might also benefit from our sister product, Voltrack, and vice versa.
Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying critical feedback to our Chief Product Officer to shape future features.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in B2B tech sales, SaaS, or app-based subscription models.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record selling intoor working withinlogistics, supply chain, delivery offices, or ride-hailing/delivery apps.
Subscription Expertise: Deep understanding of recurring revenue models, MRR/ARR growth, and customer retention.
Empathy & Vision: A genuine passion for empowering the blue-collar workforce and understanding the unique hiring challenges faced by operational businesses.
Drive: A self-starter mentality comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
