Role Overview

GrowAxis is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support pipeline development through structured prospecting and opportunity qualification. This role is designed for a professional with strong Dutch language proficiency who is currently residing in Egypt and comfortable engaging prospects through outbound communication.

You will play a key role as the first point of contact in the sales process, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system
• Support pipeline development through structured outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach processes
  

Requirements

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 or native level
• Currently residing in Egypt
• Strong professional communication skills in Dutch and English
• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client outreach
• Organized and structured working approach
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience in B2B sales environments
• Experience in software or technology-related sectors
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
