Job Description

Hally Solutions are exclusively partnering with a Pre-IPO AI Vendor as they continue they expansion across the Middle East. You will be one of the founding members of the sales team selling across the region. We are looking for a Senior BDR who is an expert in identifying high-value prospects, initiating outreach through strategic outbound efforts, and qualifying leads for the Account Executive (AE) team. You will leverage outbound strategies such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to engage decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients through outbound channels (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in our solutions.
  • Set Meetings: Book high-quality sales meetings and demos for the Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Sales Engagement Tools: Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage prospecting efforts efficiently.
  • Personalized Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized messaging that resonates with different buyer personas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine outbound strategies.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Share best practices with junior SDRs and help improve overall team performance.
  • KPIs & Metrics: Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience prospecting to CIO's
  • Proven success in cold outreach and setting meetings with decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft).
  • A strategic and consultative approach to prospecting.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or other sales methodologies.
  • Fluent in Arabic
