The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales leads using structured prospecting approaches, market research, and data-driven targeting.
- Execute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling up to 50 calls per day, leveraging proven prospecting methods such as cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Utilize sales prospecting tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, lead databases) to generate opportunities and maintain an active pipeline.
- Generate and secure prospect meetings, achieving a KPI of 35 qualified meetings per month, supported by strong objection-handling and value-based messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, drawing on prior experience in sales prospecting and lead generation to continuously improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
