RDash is an AI-powered construction management platform trusted by 450+ companies across India and the UAE, including Amazon and The Union Fitout. Backed by Y Combinator, Stellaris, and Zacua Capital, we're building the operating system for construction; replacing fragmented WhatsApp threads, Excel sheets, and disconnected tools with a single platform that connects every stage of a project, from site survey to handover.
We're expanding aggressively in the UAE, and outbound is one of our primary GTM levers in this market. This role is central to that growth.
The Role
We're looking for an Outbound SDR based in Dubai who can build and run cold outreach into UAE construction, fitout, and real estate companies. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - prospecting, sequencing, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing team to hit weekly and monthly pipeline targets. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role. You'll be on the phone, on LinkedIn, and in inboxes every day, and you'll be measured on meetings booked and pipeline generated, not just activity.
What You'll Own
● Building and executing outbound cadences (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting UAE construction, fitout, developer, and MEP contractor segments
● Researching and qualifying target accounts against RDash's ICP
● Personalizing outreach based on segment-specific pain points
● Booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and handing off with clean context
● Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot - activity logging, lead status, next steps
● Hitting weekly outbound activity targets and monthly qualified meeting/pipeline targets
● Iterating on messaging and sequences based on reply and conversion data
What We're Looking For
● 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS
● Experience selling or prospecting into the UAE market specifically (construction, real estate, or fitout experience is a strong plus but not mandatory)
● Comfortable with high call and outreach volume; not afraid of rejection
● Strong written English - your cold emails and LinkedIn messages need to land without sounding templated
● Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms)
● Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; must be eligible to work in the UAE Why RDash
