Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Saudia. In this role, the SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to build a robust sales pipeline. The candidate will manage outreach campaigns, nurture relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects and excellent communication to uncover client needs and present relevant solutions.

Requirements:

  • Inside Sales and Sales skills
  • Lead Generation and Business Development skills
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage directly with prospects SMB and Mid-Market segment in Saudi Arabia, Other GCC countries, and new markets
  • Craft tailored outbound messaging that speaks to specific pain points.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and report prospect feedback to improve GTM motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to fine-tune ICPs, scripts, and outreach sequences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology or software services industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of tools like CRMs, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • 13 years of SDR or BDR experience in vertical SaaS, preferably within B2B tech
  • Experience especially in the Middle Each or North American market
