Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and driving new business opportunities specifically within the Saudi Arabian and Egyptian markets. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and scheduling qualified meetings for our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach) to decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to ensure they fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Deeply penetrate the Saudi and Egyptian B2B markets to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Understand prospect pain points and effectively articulate our value proposition.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline activities in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Market Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience working directly with the Saudi Arabian and/or Egyptian markets.
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in Software, ERP, SaaS, IT Solutions, or Telecom sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.
  • Exceptional phone presence and active listening skills.

  • Apollo.io / Lusha / ZoomInfo
  • Outreach.io / Salesloft (or similar sales engagement platforms)
  • WhatsApp Business (for regional market communication)

Required Skills:

  • Lead Qualification.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills in both Arabic (Khaleeji/Egyptian dialects preferred) and English.
  • Objection Handling & Negotiation.
  • Resiliency, persistence, and a target-driven mindset.
  • Time management and pipeline organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network or deep familiarity with the corporate culture and business etiquette in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment.
