We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative with proven experience in B2B sales across the GCC and wider Middle East markets. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving regional business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
This position requires strong commercial acumen, a solid understanding of solution-based selling, and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple countries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking across the region.
- Targeted Research: Identify and target organizations that require premium HR services, including recruitment, consulting, psychometric assessments, and employee engagement solutions.
- Database Management: Build and manage a regional database of prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and continuous updates within the CRM.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support effective opportunity conversion.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the GCC business landscape.
- Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs and conversion metrics across different markets.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and expand the professional network.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development (industry background open).
- A track record of generating qualified sales opportunities and engaging decision-makers in corporate environments.
- Experience selling services or solutions using a consultative or value-based selling approach.
- Strong understanding of the GCC and Middle East business landscape.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Expert use of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
