Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our customer base and generate qualified sales opportunities. You will connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and introduce them to AI, SaaS, automation, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Find and contact potential customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Conduct effective follow-ups with prospects.
• Understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Maintain lead information and activities in the CRM.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Meet monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience* in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR, or business development is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling and online prospecting.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, email, and other sales tools.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, software, or digital marketing.
• Motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
