Overview
Responsible for driving lead generation and qualifying prospects in key international markets. The role supports business growth by identifying new opportunities, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with local market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers within assigned territory using LinkedIn, databases, and market intelligence.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Understand prospect business needs and challenges to determine solution fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads).
- Develop market insights and share feedback about local business practices and customer preferences.
- Participate in local events and networking opportunities to build market presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development.
- Native or fluent proficiency in local language (Arabic for Egypt, Hebrew for Israel, Spanish for Mexico, Hindi/English for India, Portuguese for Brazil) and business-level English.
- Understanding of local business culture, communication styles, and professional etiquette.
- Strong cold calling and email writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous SDR or BDR experience in B2B technology or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Understanding of consultative qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Experience working with international or multinational organizations.
