Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The Sales Director will oversee and drive the sales strategy, identify growth opportunities, and develop client relationships to achieve revenue targets. The role involves managing a sales team, building partnerships with clients, negotiating deals, and delivering presentations. Additionally, the Sales Director will monitor market trends, create forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Understanding of digital marketing and media production, including branded content and corporate video production
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with the media, entertainment, or production industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is desirable
