Sales Director B2B | Jeddah, KSA

What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Sales Director Business-to-Business (B2B), based in Jeddah, to lead the company's B2B sales strategy and execution across Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic corporate accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and leading a high-performing B2B sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with extensive B2B experience, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in competitive business markets.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to optimize the B2B sales process, strengthen client engagement, and expand the company's footprint across key sectors.

Your ability to develop strategic account plans, lead large teams, and execute complex sales initiatives will be central to driving sustainable business growth.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 1218 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success managing corporate accounts, key business clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing B2B sales teams.
  • Experience in business planning, forecasting, and driving measurable sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
