The Role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale the B2B sales and partnerships function across the region.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing commercial team. You will play a key role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the B2B sales and partnerships strategy across UAE & KSA
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients
- Develop and structure strategic commercial partnerships
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Define KPIs and drive a strong performance-led sales culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise commercial roles
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurance, or related sectors preferred
- Proven track record of building and leading sales teams
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-growth environments
- UAE / GCC experience is a plus
