We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead a team of 8-10 Sales Managers. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals and project timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales managers and executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive revenue generation through off-plan project sales, bulk deals, and strategic channel partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key brokers, investors, and institutional clients locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and buyer behavior to refine sales tactics.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, with at least 2 years in a team management role with a Real Estate Developer.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding high-value sales targets, particularly in off-plan developments.
- Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and buyer segments.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
