Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate sales targets, provide training and guidance, and ensure the team is motivated to achieve results.
  • Oversee and refine sales operations across all projects and channels to meet agreed targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can be converted into revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Monitor the full sales cyclefrom initial contact to deal closureto ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong regional and international networks to enhance brand visibility and gather market and competitor intelligence.
  • Track sales performance against forecasts; analyze trends, adjust strategies where required, and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Promote projects through direct sales channels (e.g., exhibitions, roadshows, networking events, institutional engagements) and represent the company at key promotional events.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Educated with a bachelor's or master's degree from a university of repute.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
  • Well versed in developing effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Real estate experience is not required.
