Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Director to drive the end-to-end design, development, and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market customers for our AI platform, solutions, and professional services offerings.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Director (Data & AI) is responsible for spearheading the commercial growth and market leadership of the Data & AI division at e& enterprise. This pivotal role focuses on scaling the adoption of advanced AI platforms, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions across enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales organization and drive revenue growth for AI platform, solutions, and professional services
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams including account executives, solution engineers, and sales development.
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize pipeline generation and deal closure
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in strategic account negotiations and contract discussions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation, lead qualification, and campaign optimization
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align sales feedback with product development priorities
  • Build strong channel partner ecosystem and manage strategic partnership development
  • Forecast revenue, manage sales budgets, and report performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Drive sales enablement including training programs, competitive positioning, and sales tool adoption

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 15+ years of enterprise sales experience

Experience

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in B2B software or technology markets
  • Strong leadership experience building and managing sales teams of 20+ individuals
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, CRM systems, and sales methodology frameworks
