Role Description Sales Director (Full-Time, On-Site Abu Dhabi)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Director will lead sales operations, drive business development initiatives, and oversee the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, optimizing sales strategies, enhancing sales processes, and delivering sustainable business growth. The Sales Director will work closely with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and growth plans
  • Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and results
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives
  • Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven expertise in sales leadership and sales operations with a strong performance record
  • Experience in business development and strategic sales planning
  • Strong background in customer service and client relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and engage directly with clients and teams
  • Experience in regional markets and fast-paced business environments
