Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead, scale, and manage our entire sales division (Secondary Market & Off-Plan). This role is crucial in building a high-performance sales structure, improving conversion rates, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Candidates with the ability to bring their own established sales team are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves building and managing high-performing sales teams, improving conversion rates, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing successful sales operations. Candidates who can bring their own established team will be highly preferred. This position offers an attractive compensation package including salary, commission, and performance bonuses, along with full support from marketing, CRM, and administrative teams.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • A minimum of 710 years of Dubai real estate sales experience is required, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong background in managing both Secondary and Off-Plan teams.
  • Proven record of building and scaling sales teams.
  • Experience handling and restructuring underperforming teams / managers.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, projects, developers, and market trends.
  • Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging personalities.
  • Ability to build systems, structure, and KPIs from scratch (startup environment).
