Job Description:

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English business communication
• Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market with demonstrated knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of leading and building sales teams (minimum 5+ years in leadership capacity)
• Demonstrated success achieving significant revenue targets and exceeding sales goals
• Experience selling enterprise software solutions, including but not limited to: Workforce Management, HCM systems, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics platforms, or Cloud Services
• Strong understanding of government and semi-government procurement processes in the Gulf region
• Experience negotiating complex B2B contracts and managing long sales cycles
• Established network of contacts and relationships within Saudi Arabian and UAE business communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in selling into Healthcare and Government Sectors.
• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or other leading enterprise software platforms
• Background in IT, technology, or digital transformation sector implementations
• Experience working with regional system integrators, consulting firms, or technology solution providers
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Cloud Services markets
• MBA or advanced business qualification
