We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Sales Director Dynamics 365 to lead our enterprise sales strategy, drive new business development, and grow revenue in the ERP space. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, has deep industry knowledge, and possesses a strong network of ERP clients, partners, and decision-makers.
This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to executive management, responsible for building and scaling sales operations across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, etc.)
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (where applicable)
- Collaborate with the marketing and solution teams to align sales strategies with go-to-market plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B software sales with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
- Strong network and established connections within the ERP space (clients, partners, and influencers)
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving pipeline growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Extensive experience in sales management and strategic planning.
