MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting utilities, government projects, EPC contractors, and electrical distributors.
- Lead and manage key accounts, including major contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Drive specification approvals and vendor registrations with utilities and major project stakeholders.
- Oversee tendering processes, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Provide technical sales leadership, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and project requirements.
- Expand presence in infrastructure, energy, and smart metering projects.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team across multiple regions.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor positioning.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure project execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales of electrical products within manufacturing environments.
- Strong exposure to:
- Circuit Breakers (LV/MV) applications and standards
- Energy Metering (including AMI / Smart Metering systems)
- Instrument Transformers (CTs/VTs) for utility and industrial use
- Electrical panels, metering enclosures, and FRP solutions
- Demonstrated success in dealing with EPC contractors, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles, tenders, and technical submittals.
- Strong network within the electrical, utility, and contracting sectors.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, ANSI, etc.) is essential.
