Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute the annual/quarterly sales strategy across product lines (caps/lids/EOE and related services).
  • Identify priority segments and target accounts in Food & Beverage and packaging manufacturing.
  • Drive product mix optimization to protect and grow gross margin.

Key Accounts & Deal Execution

  • Lead strategic account management and negotiate long-term agreements, SLAs, pricing, and supply terms.
  • Own new customer acquisition, pipeline discipline, and contract closure.

Pricing & Profitability Management

  • Establish pricing governance, discount controls, and profitability reviews per customer/product line.
  • Coordinate with finance on credit terms and commercial approvals.

Forecasting, Planning & Customer Service

  • Deliver monthly demand forecasts and align with production planning, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Lead customer issue resolution with QA/Operations, ensuring root-cause closure and SLA compliance.

Collections & Financial Discipline

  • Drive collections performance, reduce DSO, and manage credit limits in coordination with finance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (and related commercial functions as applicable).
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and implement a disciplined CRM and reporting cadence.

Compliance & Quality Alignment

  • Ensure commercial commitments align with technical specs, food safety, and customer/vendor approvals, working closely with QA.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1015+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in metal packaging / closures / caps & lids / can ends (EOE) or a directly comparable value chain.
  • Strong key account management, contract negotiation, and margin-based commercial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage customer requirements (technical approvals, specs, quality expectations).
  • Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus).
  • Dubai-based with ability to travel within GCC as required.
  • Bachelor's or Master Degree
